Foundations is the first course in the series. It teaches a complete workflow in Nomad Sculpt that takes you from a raw hand scan to a printable splint, and gets you comfortable with the interface and essential tools along the way.

The course covers:

• Importing and cleaning a 3D hand scan
• Creating accurate trim lines and smooth anatomical fits
• Extracting a custom splint directly from the scan
• Applying offsets for comfort and real-world wear
• Preparing your design for 3D printing

About 70 minutes of step-by-step video, plus an example 3D scan file so you can practice along with the lessons.

No prior Nomad Sculpt experience is needed. It works on an iPad or a desktop or laptop running Nomad Sculpt.

Nomad Secrets is the second course in the series. It moves past the foundational scan-to-splint workflow into the techniques that give you finer control over shape, fit, and finish.

The five lessons cover:

• Anatomy correction on a raw 3D scan
• Facegroups for precise, isolated editing
• Boolean operations for clean, printable geometry
• Building functional components into the design
• A 10-step master workflow that ties the whole process together

Downloadable course files are included so you can follow along with the same models used in the lessons.

Lesson 5 uses the Quad Remesher plug-in by Exoside, which is a separate purchase, and 16 GB of RAM is recommended. Lessons 1 to 4 need neither.
