Off-The-Shelf Splint Consulting (Telehealth)

For long-distance clients needing help choosing and fitting pre-fab splints.

Includes:

Virtual evaluation
Product recommendations
Fit & wear guidance
Superbill available

Insurance Reimbursement

We provide a superbill you can submit for out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement is determined by your individual plan and isn't guaranteed.

You can pay with FSA or HSA funds.

Pre-Payment Discount

A 10% pre-payment discount is available for all devices.

How Reimbursement Usually Works
