The Story Behind this Brace
The Foamy Brace was born from a challenge: creating a brace that could provide support without irritating even the most sensitive joints. Inspired by my mother’s severe thumb osteoarthritis, I explored advanced 3D printing until a breakthrough “soft-like-neoprene” structure clicked—lightweight, follows the hand’s contours, and brings real comfort to painful thumbs.
